Not every item is essential, but the right accessories can make your daily carry more comfortable and functional. Explore small bags, cases, and other supporting gear that help tie everything together.

Bags

Having a bag can make carrying your items much more comfortable and easy to do. Whether it’s a small sling for the basics or a backpack for larger and/or more gear, a good bag keeps everything within reach and easy to manage throughout the day.

Recommendations

Small Crossbody Bags: Lightweight and easy to carry, great for smaller items and quick trips. The Unqilo, Nike, & Northface are decent picks.

Slings: A good middle sized bag that can carry most things you would want for a full day carry. The Tomtoc & Northface are decent picks, but if you want something closer to a bigger crossbody then the Topologie is also great.

Backpacks/Messenger Bags: Bigger bags that are great for those who need to bring a laptop, bigger items in general, or are going on a trip. Herschel & Manhatten Portage are decent picks

Cases

If you’re carrying fragile or expensive gear, a protective case is worth considering. Handheld consoles, e-readers, and cameras can all benefit from a bit of protection. Simple sleeves or hard cases help prevent scratches and keep your items protected from bumps and falls.

For most cases, I would recommend just going with the name brand cases (or the case the company of the product makes). If you want something stylish or different I would just recommend making sure the reviews are good.

Chargers & Cables

Keeping a compact charger, power bank, or USB cable with you can be a real lifesaver when your devices run low on power. They shouldn’t take up too much space, and having them on keeps you always ready to go.

Earbuds & Headphones

Music, podcasts, or game audio can make travel or downtime more enjoyable. A good pair of earbuds or headphones can help you focus, relax or just block out background noise. Wireless is great for convenience but doesn’t work for devices without Bluetooth, while wired doesn’t need to be charged and can connect to most things (though sometimes you need a dongle). Whether it be in-ear earbuds or over-ear/on-ear headphones, make sure they are comfortable and easy to bring with you.

Comfort & Convenience Add-Ons

Little things can make a big difference. Pencil and tech bags can help keep your art tools and small tech organized. Pen loops can make keeping a notebook and pen together better. A flashlight or book light can be handy in dark environments. A multitool is sometimes very helpful. Small things like things help your carry feel more complete or useful.
